Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean room.

our stay at square hotel at times square was great! the location is perfect, just minutes from times square, rockefeller center, and broadway. our room was nicely decorated and clean, and the housekeeping was efficient. the staff was super helpful, especially the gm who made us feel welcomed and valued.

great location but disappointing room conditions

The welcoming staff made check-in a smooth process, showing understanding during our early cancellation. We appreciated their effort to provide a mini fridge, even if it didn’t materialize. The location was prime for Broadway shows, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The nearby Gallagher's Steak House totally satisfied my carnivore cravings, and I devoured a killer breakfast at Junior's – their cheesecake is legendary! The location’s a dream, with Times Square just a hop away, and the staff was super friendly, making me feel right at home.

But, oh boy, that room was a tight squeeze – felt like I was playing Tetris with my bags! Plus, the hot water was more like a myth. I got icy showers twice. A real bummer!

We loved staying here and exploring Central Park's SummerStage Festival. It was a fantastic spot for music and dance, and with everything so close, we enjoyed hopping over to Times Square and unwinding at the hotel after our fun-filled days.

In my wife’s opinion, a fridge in the room would have been great for keeping drinks cold for our family.

The hotel's charming Art Nouveau decor combined with spacious common areas made my stay feel luxurious, while the attentive staff ensured my comfort throughout my visit, catering to my needs elegantly.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, perfectly situated between iconic attractions, making it easy to explore all day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly when they provided a fridge after one was initially unavailable. However, the room didn't quite meet expectations. the AC was noisy, and the shower pressure was inconsistent. Additionally, while there was daily housekeeping, it could have been more thorough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Square Hotel At Times Square. The decor is charming, with Art Nouveau furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby is easily accessible, making it comfortable for seniors like myself to navigate.
